All orders relating to the goods available on our stock, have to be shipped within 24 hours and, as much as possible, in compliance with shipping terms, except in cases of Force Majeure. The items in ecommerce site must be considered a commercial choice and, therefore, they are not of first choice and may present slight defects that, however,  do not affect in any way the design and the quality of the materials. All the merchandise is selected, checked, packaged with the best care, and consigned to reliable Italian couriers, in order to avoid any inconvenience to the customer. 

Right of withdrawal (according to Legislative Decree 206/05 of the Consumer Code)  

STILE ITALIA has the utmost confidence in the products sold and it is sure that you will be fully satisfied with your purchases. For these reasons, we guarantee to our customer, who for any good reason should not be fully satisfied with the purchased goods, the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 8 days of receipt of the goods, by applying no penalty. The withdrawal from the order must be notified by registered mail with return receipt to the following address: STUDIODI di Valentina Braschi, Via del Piave, 46 - 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI) ITALY. 

Within the term of 8 days, the goods must be returned in its original box to our warehouse, without deterioration to the packaging. When our personnel in charge will have checked the quality of goods and verified the integrity of the articles, we will refund the amount of purchased goods less the shipping charges, within 2 weeks. 

We also remind you that the return of the goods and its shipping charges are fully on your charge and responsibility.

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via the most reliable Italian couriers. Once the order is ready to leave, we will send the track number of the carrier, so that you can control your delivery and the day you are going to receive your purchase. 

Packaging expenses are fixed whereas transport expenses depend on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk, but our particular attention shall be paid  to fragile objects. 

Boxes have acceptable sizes and your items will be well protected. We do not accept the return of the ordered goods, if it should happen it will be fully on customer charge, unless our prior permission. 

Anyway the goods travels at buyer’s own risk. If breaks, impairments or tampering occurred during its transportation, all claims must be submitted directly to the carrier responsible for transport, because our responsibility ends when the goods leaves our warehouse.
